Got a favourite pair that needs some love? Don’t worry — we’ll take care of them. Whether it’s worn soles, a broken heel, or a polish and refresh, our cobblers treat every pair like their own.

How it works

1. Place your order online
2. Carefully follow the instructions in your order confirmation email
3. Place your shoes in a secure box.

4. Write your Order ID (very important).

   • Write your Order ID on a piece of paper and place it inside the shoebox.

   • Also write the Order ID on the outside of the box (or on the shipping label).

   • Add your full name and phone number on the same note.
     (This is how we match the parcel to your order in our system — please don’t skip it.)

5. Send or drop off at our workshop:

6. We repair the shoes. Our team inspects, approves any extra fixes with you, and does the work using high-quality materials.

7. We return them. We’ll update your order status and notify you when your shoes are ready to collect or when they are on the way back to you. We cover the shipping expenses back to you.
